At Golden Bowtique, we want you to love your purchase! Because I am a small business just starting out, I do not offer refunds at this time. However, I am happy to offer exchanges for store credit within [7 days] of your purchase.

 

To be eligible for an exchange:

    •    Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

    •    Exchanges must be initiated within [ 7 days] of delivery.

    •    Sale items, accessories, and custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

 

To start your exchange, please email me at goldenbowtique25@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a store credit to use on a future purchase.
